The butterfly pose is easy to do. It is calming and relaxing and is a great way to warm up or cool down your yoga workout. Grab a yoga mat and let us begin.
Sit on the middle of your yoga mat.
Place your knees close to your chest and then allow your knees to drop out to the sides.
Press the bottoms of your feet together and hold your ankles.
Hold for a few counts as you breathe.
